Tools to Help You Stay in Control

Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your VictoryLotteryOZ account. Once you've reached your limit, you won't be able to deposit more funds until the time period resets.

To set or modify deposit limits, log in to your account, go to the "My Account" section, and select "Responsible Gambling Tools" → "Deposit Limits."

Note: Requests to increase deposit limits will take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Requests to decrease limits will take effect immediately.

Session Time Limits

Set reminders to alert you about how long you've been playing. When you reach your set time limit, you'll receive a notification asking if you'd like to continue playing or log out.

Loss Limits

Account Restrictions

Time-Out (Temporary Self-Exclusion)

If you feel you need a break from gambling, you can use our Time-Out feature to temporarily block access to your account for a specified period (24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, or 3 months).

During the Time-Out period, you won't be able to log in to your account or place any bets, but you can still withdraw your funds.

To activate a Time-Out, go to "My Account" → "Responsible Gambling Tools" → "Time-Out."

Self-Exclusion

For those who need a longer break or wish to stop gambling entirely, we offer a Self-Exclusion program. You can exclude yourself from our platform for a minimum of 6 months up to permanently.

During the Self-Exclusion period, your account will be closed, you won't be able to log in, and we will remove you from all marketing communications. Any funds in your account will be returned to you.

To self-exclude, contact our customer support team or go to "My Account" → "Responsible Gambling Tools" → "Self-Exclusion."

Important: Self-exclusion is a serious step and cannot be reversed until the selected period has expired.
